Bootcamp has been so awesome. Even this morning, when it was freezing cold outside and bed seemed so warm and welcoming, I got up at 5:30 for Bootcamp and I'm so stoked I did. My body is feeling stronger and I can even see some muscle definition on my legs already (even despite the carboside weekend). Going out and doing the work also really motivates me not to eat pasta on pizza with extra cheese for lunch (which is what I really want to be eating in this weather).
If you're like me, and you suck at making yourself work hard at the gym, then you should definitely try Bootcamp. Women only, with a trainer who keeps shouting encouragement while still not allowing you to lie down and shout profanity at the sky as your bum muscles seize up.
