Cathy Marston Wine Course: Your Turn

I've told you lots about Cathy Marston's phenomenal wine course over the past couple of months. I really cannot say enough good things about this knowledgeable woman and her amazing course.

For anyone looking to learn more about South Africa's incredible wine farms, how wine is made, how to taste wine properly (why people slurp it/why people spit it), what the difference is between a Merlot and a Chardonnay... or if you're just looking for a fun wine-filled activity on a Tuesday night, I highly recommend this course.

The course is fun, informative, relaxed and did I mention...fun? Each week you get to taste a minimum of six different wines, as the wine maker himself/herself takes you through them. As Cathy always says, "the more you drink the more you know" and this is a great way to taste some of the country's most delicious...and often, expensive wines.
