Virgin Active Wellness Wednesday

This is my third post in the Virgin Active Wellness Wednesday feature. Previously, I told you about Little Lunches and gave you a whole lot of options for healthy snack alternatives. I'm trying out this new healthy lifestyle, where I make lots of small intelligent decisions to improve my lifestyle and health, instead of diving into something drastic that I'll never be able to stick to.


This week I'm focusing on:




I always try to drink as much water as possible. We don't keep fruit juice or soft drinks in our house and always have a glass of water with food in stead of something sweet. It's an easy way to make sure you aren't filling your body with useless calories. I also always try to drink as much water as possible at the office. It gives me a reason to get up and away from my desk and it really does make a difference. If I don't drink enough water during the day, I find my eyes get more tired and I get a lot of headaches.





I am completely addicted to BuchuLife Herbal Water. I have at least two or three bottles a day. The taste is addictive and it has no added sugar or preservatives.
