Instead of taking a few packets of chips for everyone else to snack on while you try to avert your eyes and wait for the meat and salads at lunch time, make a couple of delicious snack platters at home full of healthy goodness that you can enjoy too. I found these really cool options on Pinterest and will definitely be trying them out this summer.
Avo and boiled egg wraps
Wrap them up small and cut into sushi-sized bites.
Tiny caprese salads
Tomato & mozzarella wrapped in a basil leaf with a splash of balsamic & olive oil.
Cauliflower dip
Grated raw cauliflower with Bulgarian yogurt, lemon juice, garlic and spring onions.
Thick-cut roasted sweet potato chips.
Prawns on a skewer
With a little spicy yogurt sauce drizzled over them.
Rainbow fruit salad sticks
Spicy roast chickpeas
Just drain & rinse a tin of chickpeas and pat them dry (make sure they are completely dry). Toss in a tiny bit of olive oil and sprinkle with salt, dried garlic & chilli. Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
Tiny desserts
Fruit skewers dipped in organic chocolate.
Yogurt dips (or the cauliflower dip above), served in pepper "bowls" for crudite dipping.

I like all these snacks except, those bananas might brown before it gets to the person who wants to consume them.
